And having still very cool (and incredible fast and bug-free) features, which other (very pricey) corporate software is missing. I do not know many software which work such well after stopping development 4-7 years before. It's such a pity, because it is (still) great. Sadly that Opera team could not at least make a very, very small team available for continuing work on Opera Mail. I completely agree with OP, and I bet I am not the only one. You have made a really great Email Client! I is even stable and fast as hell after years without improvement. It's really great! But of course, starting support again and fixing some of the minor bugs would be best.Īlso there could be some small improvements (like better "and" / "or" connection of rules and shift these "rule parts")
The system for labels with regex support is incredible fast and index tons of emails in seconds. Also simple things like regex support for rules and labels are great, which big tools like outlook are missing. And it's a wonder how fast searches in Opera Mail are.

I am IT professional and even after these years of leaving without changes, Opera Mail is still my favorite Mail Client. I just want to drop a small notice, that Opera Mail is still such a great Email Client! Still! Also after years without development.
